The Zignet offices will be closed on Tuesday January 26 for Australia Day, but we will return on Wednesday January 27.

As always, Blaq will be available 24x7 and the application will continue to be monitored in case of any downtime.

You can now follow Blaq on Twitter at http://twitter.com/blaq_app.

blaq_app @ twitter will tell you about the latest Blaq news, as well as keep you up to date if there are ever any disruptions to the Blaq service. This will replace multimatics @ twitter, which will now only be for Zignet' non-Blaq related news.

Happy New Year to all!

Over the break, Zignet has been working hard on the next release of Blaq and will have some exciting new features in the next update. We're also working on the Blaq website, making it easier for new Blaq customers to sign-up and a new support ticketing section for all Blaq users.

October 2009 Update

The following improvements have been made during October 2009.
  • Planner - activities on the planner day and week views now spread across the time they are allocated to, instead of a single entry at the start time.
  • Quote follow-up dates - a quote can now have a follow-up date set which will then determine the date on the planner the quote will show at. This can be used as a reminder to follow-up the quote with the customer. The default timespan for the follow-up date after the current date can be set in the options section.
  • Exports - some exports now allow customers/prospects to be selected by Territory.
